- Preheat the Oven:

- Arrange the zucchini slices on the prepared baking sheet.
- Season the Zucchini:
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the garlic mixture generously over the top of each zucchini slice.
- Bake the Zucchini:
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the zucchini is tender.
- Add the Cheese:
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan evenly over the zucchini slices.
- Melt the Cheese:
- Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Optional Broil:
- For a golden-brown top, you can broil the zucchini steaks for 1-2 minutes, keeping a close eye to avoid burning.
- Garnish and Serve:
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
